A 10-year-old girl injured in in Friday night's deadly row home fire in Harrisburg remains in critical condition in the hospital, while another girl is in fair condition.

Fire Lt. Dennis DeVoe was leaving the funeral and heading to the fire station to pick up his gear to respond to the scene when fire officials say his vehicle was hit and by a drunk driver in a stolen auto.

The driver was identified as Khanyae Kendal, 19. She has been charged with aggravated assault by motor vehicle, according to Penn Live, as well as driving under the influence and other traffic offenses.

He was transferred the hospital but later died. Officials said that Khanyae Kendall, a 19-year-old woman who was allegedly driving a stolen auto while intoxicated, was responsible for the crash.

The agency said at the time that it had investigated more than 60 hoverboard fires in more than 20 states that resulted in more than $2 million in property damage, according to a report published by CNET.

Enterline says the fire has been ruled accidental and was caused by a hoverboard plugged in to a charging unit.
