Trump Approval Rating Hits NEW LOW!

Trump Still a Working-Class Hero, Democratic Poll Shows Is the White House really in chaos? Majority of voters in this poll think so

Trump's disapproval rating has been on the rise since taking office in January, when 44 percent said they disapprove of the newly inaugurated leader. Trump's highest Gallup approval rating was 46 percent on January 25. Gallup puts Trump's approval rating at just 36%, one point away from his historic worst, 35%.

Fifty-four percent of voters report that they are embarrassed to have Trump in office, while 57 percent believe he is abusing his presidential powers.

President Donald Trump's approval rating just dipped to a new low in the latest Rasmussen poll, the survey that is often most favorable to Trump.

Voting opinions on Trump's qualities like honesty, leadership and intelligence also hit new lows. Despite the Trump turmoil in Washington, Republicans held a 10-point lead on the generic ballot (43-33 percent) among these blue-collar voters.

Military households approved of transgender people serving in the military 55 percent to 39 percent, according to the poll.

Sixty-five percent of respondents, including 98 percent of Democrats, disapproved of how Trump handled health care reform, which failed last month after three Senate Republicans rejected a scaled-down repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

The Quinnipiac poll surveyed 1,125 voters nationwide between July 27 and August 1 over landline telephones and cellphones.

Last week, President Donald Trump sparked outrage when he announced via Twitter that transgender troops would no longer be allowed to serve in the military, citing high medical costs as the explanation.

Other polls reflect a decline in approval ratings among Americans for the 45th president, too. It found that 68 percent believe transgenders should be able to serve in the military while 27 percent think they should be banned from doing so.

The June 28 national poll found USA voters reject GOP health plan more than 3-1; voters support gun background checks 94-5 percent. The Quinnipiac poll was also called "the standout performer" by City and State for the most accurate prediction in the Democratic primary for New York City mayor in 2013. Read the full results here.
